Lifelong runners, Jeri and Eugene Hogue began dreaming opening a running specialty store in 1992. As a cross country and track coach at a local middle school, Jeri was often asked about where to purchase good running shoes. With no running specialty store in the local area, the dream of one day owning a store was back in the forefront and they decided to take the risk. Eighteen years later, on February 1, 2010, that dream became a reality and Southwest Runners opened its doors.

 

While their passion for running was the driving force behind their endeavor, the business has now become a family responsibility with children, Sebastian and Allegra on board.

 

As a running specialty store, our goal is to insure our customers the best in both service and product. We hope you'll stop by and see us.
